Actually my prime job is fixing technical problems in a car if dealership is unable to find the cause of problem., it's really challenging that I likes a lot..

Toyota is well known for its standardised operations. Very organised and Standardised way of working. Honoured to serve for such an esteemed organisation. Able to contribute in many working areas and handled complicated assignments single handly. Able to learn many things like business practices of problem solving techniques.

Dislikes

Slow Growth. Performing and even non performing employees are treated in same way for career growth. Indicidual unique strengths / performance is not valued.

Work Details

My work was mix of hectic and relaxing nature as i have to manage north region. I was able to master myself so bit easy for me. Same time daily new challenges have to face and overcome and handle individually. Got apperciation for work handling ability
