Absolutely no growth. The company is stagnant, it take ages before you get an upgradation. The company is not keen on job rotation, so there are very rare chance of getting into any new project/dept

Company is not for educated people . Company runner by ITI and Diploma people. Only criteria to join toyota is fluency in excel . Don’t think of personal growth in the company. GM and above gets promotion. Not bottom level
