Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. This company gave opportunity for working as a shift TL as a first i am supervisor for team in creative development section(kaizen) in this section I learn about karakuri, agv machining, fabrication, quality, manpower management etc,
