Initially the pay was below average. However over the period the management has realized the reason behind the attrition rate and upgraded the pay scale in line to multi national company standards. There is cab facility.

Work culture is not great since associates of different qualifications are not treated distinctly and if one believes that skill and competence should be rewarded distinctly and the one possessing it should be pulled up the organisation that is not what the management is looking at.
