HR policies are terrible. No support from HR people Low rates of Payments Yearly packages includes bonus at about 15-20℅. But not sure that same will be paid to you. No work life balance. Favoritism is there during Promotions & Increments No future Growth Working on Holidays & Sundays No Job security No proper man power management
