Towervision is an excellent company to work in telecom domain. Management is very supportive and understands your strengths and weakness. People love to work for long period and you can find huge number of people with >5 and >10 years in the company.

Dislikes

It is good company to work. Job security and career growth is good. Little increase in employee trainings will do wonders to this excellent organization.

I didn't find anything which sparks me as when we joined new company, my ordeal started within one week after joining.

Dislikes

It was a worst nightmare when I joined this company, no work culture,no process following, no compliments, u will easily survive here if you know mastered in buttering else you are a gone case.the worst management have ever seen in my career.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
