Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. The only thing I liked about working at Touchstone was that it offered a lot of work as well as other activities.

Dislikes

There is no new value for those in lower positions in Touchstone: If Meneggr is wrong then even if he is wrong, accept his words as right. The one who does less and does not complete the targeted is of no value, the one who does not achieve the target even for one month, nothing is said to you, but till the target is achieved every month, you are heard.
