Its a new experience in Oil & Gas field which is specialized with ALDS stations and multiple opportunities to learn and developing skills & knowledge, fabulous experience starting to end of the projects which has wide experiencing new phase of work.

Dislikes

Short time to work with the organisation, Its an beautiful experience but many things to learn and share my skills. In short I only dislike is being off role not directly employed with TOIPL.

Work Details

Its very beautiful and energetic experience and found to be more dynamic to the work and improving the skill sets and developing social networking.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
