1. I liked how they offer employees 2 slices of pizza to work for more than 5-6 hours beyond their shift timings 2. top management is like “Magambo” - from the movie Mr. India. The way he used to take care of his empire without thinking about their employees is a great example to learn in life from them

Company’s name - Total IT Global 😂 Bcoz there is no Technology/ Automation involved. Everything here is so manual that within a month you will see no difference in between you and a daily wage worker.

Not the right organization incase you loved to be respected for your contribution. People just respect and admire themselves and respect his/her chair only. One can choose to part of this mess in case you have no other option left in your bucket. Keep your fingers crossed in case you planning to end us hypertension patient after you join the org.

Dislikes

Team dynamic is not up to mark . You can be asked to leave for no good reason. Career goes for toss here. Appraisal may not happen even in coming 3 years the moment you join (in case you survive for 3 years). Very good in playing politics . Forget about work life balance and your respect even for yourself.
