TTDI has a very good working environment, encourage employees taking annual leave as per company rules. HR policies are excellent. Very transparent, maintains strict ethical practices. Discourages any unethical practices. However, the issues like career growth, salary etc are never given any focus.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
