It is a Japanese company. There is first level of discrimination between Japnese and non- Japanese people. Even a Japanese GET is more important the non-Japanese CEO. Then there is grouping of Tamil and Telugu people. Other states people are ignored. From outsides everything seems okay but from in side, it looks like a Japanese colony before WWII.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
