During working in my tenure I have a learn a lot, my teammates, senior are very cooperative. They are always boost up me to get a new challenge to handle new assignment. I am happy to a part of this team.

Training facility are not there, for me job security and career growth is main reason to left this company. And one more thing I relies in this company there is no life only work time schedule is very badly. you have no time for spending with your family.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
