Very good company for starting your career. If you are smart enough you can not be trapped in politics. There are always one or two rotten fishes in every company which try to pull you down. But overall a very good company.

Now a days work culture is very much changed. But than also no issues as such.

Management director is not stable on their commitment like on ta da, salry structure and their policy. So job security not good as per my opinion.
