There is a problem with the mentality of people working here that doesn't even change even after lot's of feedback and resignations. Package is very less for fresher and mid level but good for senior level. No actual employee welfare expect on paper. Treats there employees like full time educated labour. Only positive rating is given by those who are Manger or above it because they are heavily overpaid. Executives and GETs are paid very less. Staff also talks with employee in rude manner. Company does not want to spend single penny on employees who work hard day and night they just want give salary to Manager,AGM and GA heads.
