Job security very good, Learning well by training, Company choose safety while working and travelling like big car..

Dislikes

HR policies and work culture not as per expectations and benifits not as per other CGDs. Company is strict about their core values and integrity. Timings is 9 hrs mostly.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
