Literally nothing. Job security is overhyped here as most of the energy based core companies don't lay off employees. Also most of the energy based companies also pay on time salary. So Torrent is not doing some great favor to employees because of job security and giving on time salary

Main culprits are the owners who squeeze every bit of money from employee salary and welfare and then put in their own pocket.
