Office culture is not good, less salary, more responsibilities compared to salary, no proper structured work distribution, work is loaded only on employee who is working, contractors are valued more than their own employees even office boys and pool vehicle drivers have not any manners and even admin also listen to them at first place more than the employees.

Excellent job and working culture in PatialaGA. Alot of responsibilities given to individual engineer for self and technical or managerial growth.

Great Work culture at GA level with helpful seniors, participative decision making and a great amount of exposure.

Dislikes

Higher management at HO level extremely poor and doesn't consider employees as assets. Hardly any benefits given to employees and doesn't reward hard working members. Poor training arrangements for freshers rather just focusing on exploiting them as cheap labors. For O&M team deployed at remote sites even basic amenities like food is not provided.

Nepotism Favourism Corruption Daily threats to terminate No transparency in appraisal Specially in CR PR department hopelessness and toxic environment, typical Lala culture. Prakash Sajnani ED is a big duffer and curropt person who speaks abusive language to his team openly. If someone objects he is transferred to Chennai or loseshis job. There are two persons in line who are being targeted and will be fired. His GM Asit Srivastava on his behest blackmail his team . He is the one who doesn’t do anything and takes credit of all good works done by his team. He favours some people just because he is associated with them for long . He had no knowledge of Public relations. He just know distribution of money to government officials and political parties. He had Sajnani had earned lakhs of rupees in land purchases Govind Rathore is another who had been promoted just because he is close to Sajnani. In PR team these all seniors except abuse from ED Prakash sajnani happily to save their job. I urge Mr Mehta the promoter of this company to investigate the land deals. Only positive rating is given by those who are Manger or above it because they are heavily overpaid. Executives and GETs are paid very less. Staff also talks with employee in rude manner. Company does not want to spend single penny on employees who work hard day and night they just want give salary to Manager,AGM and GA heads. 1. Review meeting taken on weekly basis but no action taken by management. 2. There is lots of cost cutting in the company; still GETs are hired. 3. Employee below manager level had very less salary and they were complaining about it; no action has been taken from our side. 4. Appraisal of employees are not been written by reportingmanager. 5. On festival they told us to not take any gift from contractor but they are giving gift to govt employees. 6. There is no policies for hiring and firing of employees. 7.
