•Salary on time and good •Leaves are suffice

Dislikes

•HR hires has no idea on actual KRA. •Frequent job role change. •No job security, you can be fired anytime anyday the management feels. •After hiring they can't give you tasks, demean your role and ultimately put blame that you are under performing. •No trainings are provided. •No support from manager. •Have to hangout with different team members and do gossip for getting work done. •Personal life interference by seniors....Read More

Torero Corporation is a nice place to work. Everyone is helpful and cooperates a lot. There is no politics and management provides enough support to the employees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
