Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work culture in operations is good. Good for learning in operations department.

Dislikes

Quality department is controlled by very manipulative team leader Mr.Santosh Sharma .Very disrespectful, always spends time playing politics amongst people. Never go in Quality department. There is a lot of politics in the company due to Quality dept.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
