To be honest, I have discovered so many skills that I didn't know I had until I joined Toppscholars, all thanks to the grooming sessions that they hold often. Work life balance is great and even at time when there is immense work pressure, team members are kind enough to back other.

Dislikes

If too much competition among the teams is a dislike then yes. But honestly, this has done nothing but in fact push me to learn and perform better.

The only thing to like about this company is that you learn a lot. Not because of great training or mentoring, but due to bring thrown in the deep end without any support. You learn to find solutions on your own.

Lack of leadership, knowledge from lieutenants has made the life of the commander very difficult. Whoever has good intentions regarding the company will always find it very difficult to survive here as knowledge and skills are considered as threats by some people who make sure you don't last much longer. No salary.. poor financial conditions.. the monetary motivation is lost while serving this company.. total bad experience.. my financial stability has gone while working in this organization

Financial stability of company is not good hence they failed to provide basic salary on time.. so employees suffered from monetary crisis.. pressure was much higher.. and the rewards were just verbal even if employees are pulling much hard to meet more than the required goals
