As a developer, if you're deployed at some project then you may expect your salary to be credited at time else forget about it. It's gonna be a huge delay in your salary to be credited, or even you cannot say it's ever gonna credited or not. Joined the company as PHP developer than became the TL here. Always supported me to learn the New technology and to conquer the new challenges.

Dislikes

Flexibility, employees takes it lightly if you provide them more flexibility due to this sometimes we are in chalenge to deliver the work on time.

There were no growth at your work, no one is passionate about the work and even owner's attitude is not good towards work. I have officially do the resignation letter after completing my working month without any leave and still they don't gave me my salary yet. They are frauds. Don't waste your time to join them and don't drag into their fancy benefits as they all fake.
