The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything onthe job.

The company is based on fixture design and manufacturing.i love that I am part of a team that markets reliable,high quality product and client base. In there all work completed in team work. The vendor follow up and customer handling upto mfg fixture.

Dislikes

Compensation is descent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 12-15 hours straight in day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Work Details

Project planning Engineer. Work as fixture mfg. Like to recieve data of fix.from manager and sorting data or part and send to vendor. The date is consuming to complete fix.as soon as possible. And the MTR. Recieve from vendor & handover to assembly.
