Well I hope this shows the mirror to the management in reading. There is only one thing that happens in this company which is favouritism. Even in Bollywood so much nepotism won’t happen but this company surpasses it all. These people will only promote people who joins there cult. And then there is this CEO who is way too old but will leave no opportunity to flirt with there staff and the Operation heads like Sonal and Priyanka who thinks they own these company literally like the vamps of some old rated Bollywood movie. Get a life guys. Promote people on the basis of there skills but of course they themselves are not promoted on those basis so how can they do the same.
