No Working culture, there is zero policy for employees and everything for for employers all they want is do for company and nothing do for employees, they want your personal ip address from your personal laptops , if you facing any problem regard any thing they said as to hr hr said as to compliance compliance said as to director and director said as to hr they just ghumaynge like govt office’s window 1 to window 2 window 2 to window 3 , if you late for 10 min to log in they just add halfday on it , if they want resignation from you they just change ip on they log in portal they you can’t able to log in and they ignore you and didn’t help you for that and after 5-6 days director said in personal meeting if you can’t log in please resign now and also they don’t want to connect other team members.
