Director of company is not good in identifying employees skills. He don't appreciate our knowledge and don't trust their employees. After resignation they not even release my salary and gave me bad words. For him employees are purchased by company as he is paying salary to them. I strongly recommend not to join even if HR is giving100% hike. I have not observed any single employee who has completed atleat 1 years of service in Today............
