Their is no scope for experienced employee when they came out of this company. TLs and Manager worst attitude and putting pressure on young people. When you trained by an senior, He/she moved to other project you have to dealing with rest of the project and its terrible in working with home. They are asking to work additional in every week and sunday too. Even in lockdown they are not providing laptops for some of the employees. No value for production employee.
