Pathlock's management seems disinterested in fostering employee growth. There's an absence of skill development initiatives or opportunities for advancement within the company. This stagnation makes it challenging to evolve professionally or explore better avenues within the organization. The work culture at Pathlock is toxic, driven by politics and a disregard for employee well-being. Instead of nurturing talent, the environment feels exploitative, where hard work goes unnoticed and unappreciated. The absence of recognition or any form of appreciation further exacerbates the demoralizing work environment. We encountered some turbulence, including the departure of talented colleagues.
