Very good work culture and work environment for employees Free to learn Strict about the safety of employees and helps to aquire good habits related to health and safety

Dislikes

For DATs there is no hiring after 1 year apprenticeship there should be opportunity after apprenticeship

Work Details

I get to learn very much about the processes used in different departments to get the job done and improve communication skills

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
