They never respect their employees. Always commands and never give them time to think. There is no progress at all. No holidays for teachers as well students. CBSE should take action against them as the timings for teachers and students its around 8 hours in a day. They always force to do correction of class work and home work and keep you busy in other time wastage work and then you'll be not able to do your correction on time and then they blames that teachers are not doing their job well.. bad management at all. they think if they are paying salary they can use teachers as slave. one more thing, if you have bike or car then there is no parking space as well as shed in school and you have to park your vehicle outside the school and if you park your vehicle anywhere else then your vehicle will be threatened to be punctured. Please do not join this school as they treat teachers as MAJDOOR. Director fights shouts with maid and teachers in front of students. Each and every thing.Starting from working culture teachers has to deposited their original documents in school management custody all the time till you don't leave the job. Calling teachers on Sunday and even on national holidays.June month salary donot paid.One day leave 2 days salary deduct.Principal never sort out teachers problems. Only he just keeping the post with powerless.All the time in school watsapp group teachers always called defaulter and never appreciates .It will be the worst working culture school of the bharatpur city.If anyone who is thinking to come over there please don't come.Your salary and your career will be in danger. School management and peon sit altogether in office to chit chat what a bad culture of school. This is the worst school in bhartpur, it's comprises of worst management, pathetic work environment, these people will keep your marksheet as security and one month salary too. They have have rules like on dot, which means if you take leave on urgent basis your next day will also be marked as absent, no CL or AL is given, your salary will be deducted on every leave. They will not give you any official holiday too. At the end even if you leave school while information they will not give your salary, The secretary of school Mr. Heera Singh has holded the salary of thousands of employees and many times threatened them too. Please don't join this organisation. Pathetic working very rude way of talking. Management wants a slave and keeps your documents and humiliated you in the group. Please stay away from such kinds of institutions, CBSE needs to take some actions. Nothing, I have to like. I don't know how the people gave even a star of this school.

Your school has female staff too.. shame on you, message are coming late night.. do you have any right to send the messages after the school hours? no.. not acceptable in your language. This place is a hell for all the teachers. They can make you do anything anytime . Copy correction is more important than teaching. Syllabus completion is more important than delivery. Time table keeps on changing . Teachers are forced to produce their original documents on joining . If you are not the school staff member and Come from the coaching with which school is tied up then their senior faculties becomes politician for uh . Your mental and physical both healths suffers . Director Heera Singh thinks he is smart enough to run the school but he is nothing more than a businessman. Their Guards has more power than the faculty. You have to check class work and homework , test work notebooks every week . The way the directors interact with teachers is absolutely disrespectful.
