TLC Digitech is the Best Company to work,Its Supportive management team is the strongest part of the company.I had a great experience of 3+ years with TLC Digitech pvt ltd.

Partiality among the team is the negative thing about the company,As a sales executive I had experience the new comers has given a priority than the experienced one,And Manager also keeps on comparing employees with new ones who has no work knowledge, which demotivate old employee.

The worst leadership I've ever encountered. The manager in this situation is unfit for the group. He doesn't look out for the team. On Sundays during this scorching weather, employees are called in to work and there is no ac or appropriate ventilation. Every Sunday, one of the associates suffocates and negatively impacts their health. The manager does not give the employees incentives. He consumed all of the companions' bonuses....Read More
