No work environment and culture , Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are not there no fair policies, low salaries, no pf, or bonuses, no incentive no appreciation , customer service is poor. Fake reviews and feedback collected all the time

Poor management , No SOP , no job security

Work Details

The job is quite interesting no reporting system no Sop, I struggles a bit in beginning, afterwards covid 19, 2nd phase they put all staff on LWP and deducted all the salary before covid 19 currently 15% staff Major management resigned due to no support
