98% finished. material imported from China ,only assembly and print in India is done in house,so for 2% in house production talented people are not required here.also there is no impact whether you work with full devotion, becoz u will be the part of the 2% ,also incompetent people are hired ,wrong plant setup, wrong machines are taken so that the internal system could be paralysed.and to show that we giving too much efforts for make in India but it's a great bull shit. All higher management is lobbying for china goods, for some easy money ,also the operation manager is a great duffer with nasty mind, most of the people are derived from supply chain management so they can see opportunity outside only ,and are unable to strengthen inhouse production, no body is derived from production field,apart of that the company is running on contract labour which keeps them throwing every year,so skill retention is also a challenge, I will suggest people no to join in paint shop or plating shop here ,only drama and politics is there candidates are not provided with confirmation letter because they puzzle candidates and prove that you if no use for the company again because you are playing in the 2% only.
