What I like here is that I got into practice of keeping myself groomed all the time.

The employees working with you holding one level higher than you treat you like a slave. You have to report atleast 8 people and it's not possible to make all of them happy and satisfied. My immediate boss was not less than a beast. He thinks his only job is to cut your expenses.

Benefits and job security here is only chance to grow in career is business and retail. No growth in technical part.

People mindset comparisons for everything mainly the people who shifted from hosur factory to corporate. Stupid micro management techniques and they will calculate spending time for lunch time , break time, and even for wash room . And for development part there are no tools . you have to do all the things by manual and product efficiency tools are none. Because of that it's increasing working hours and as well as pressure. No patterns no readability no scalability just Messy codes you will see in the projects and code is like no one has to do only one person that guy is only know all, to get all credits. There is a dependency concept called here. Even if you ask doubt or taking inputs from senior or by your team they will say you are dependent you don't know nothing even for 3 years experience person. And person need to be more memory power you have to remember entire DB tables. Women objectification is more by the dress. Discrimination is high. No personal life.. not a single work is process oriented or organised. Reimbursements take a prolonged time.. most of salary is stuck in travel.. toxic work culture.. new ideas are not welcomed as team is old.. and also the mindset
