The management is terrible , people force you to stay in the organisation even after time, management believe that making people work after time makes them efficient.

Nothing at all, if I could give rating in minus I would choose that.

Everything. To start with, it’s not safe for anyone to work in Titagarh specially for women employees. There is no work culture, any random person with no knowledge and no right attitude are hired at big positions and getting fat salaries just to destroy their subordinates and the company. Even the HR are useless, any expectation of help in your concerns will never be met.

1.No job security. 2. Work shop culture is good but management it's to bad.

1.No job security. 2. Project base unit.(HED HINDMOTOR) 3. New project- New Engineer recruited- End the project- Management just told get lost ( Management- VP) 4. Duty hours no limit. Start time 8.30am but no leave time. Many of time I am continue 2 days or 3 days work for production. No production rules.

Starting from being a Manufacturer of Castings and later Railway Wagons, Titagarh Wagons Limited has in the recent past entered into Passenger Coaches segment and aiming for Metro Coach as well. Its Marine wing has bagged orders for water borne refueler vessels and research vessels which is in progress. Have worked in Wagon and Coach teams, involved in design, production support, budgetary estimation besides other areas. Only if you have a personal mission and vision of working for the betterment of the company should an Engineer opt for this company. As it is a Mechanical Core Industry, emoluments will not be as high as IT sector companies. However, matters such as Appraisal, HR Management, Career growth, Politics, Learning, Work life balance and Innovation are areas requiring improvement.
