Even though every senior management person willing to change the culture of the company they are not letting them to understand the first change should come from themselves. As a employee you will not have any idea what is going to happen on any project that is being executed as there won't be proper communication b/w internal depts. And you will be forced to work on weekends and late nights in spite of your personal commitments. You will have a very good compensation if you impress them in your interview progress. Again there are no proper salary structure in company where you will be getting less salary than your junior (which was there between me and my boss)....Read More

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
