Great work culture and professional teams. Developers are quite skillful and deliver projects on time most of the time, thus, making it less burdensome for project managers. Plus, HR is quite supportive and salary always comes on time.

Work Details

I have been working with tipstat for around 2 years as a project manager, the team is quite supportive and active.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
