Dear Ms. Spoorthi, You were let go for the following reasons- 1) Repeated Plagiarism- which is illegal, beyond unprofessional. 2) No show at work 3) No presence or response during remote work which put additional burden on the remaining project managers. 3) Lack of initiative 4) Refusal to improve despite feedback for over 4 months. 5) Repeated requests from your colleagues to let you go due to your lack of contribution. We have roughly 60 employees and never have we dealt with a unanimous call to let someone go. As a start up, we cannot ignore the needs of our team. We did our best to train you, and work on your performance improvement. unfortunate that you decided to act out the way you did. Wish you all the best.
