There was always some kind of support for and kind of problems. The Work Environment was very friendly and every query was listened to and addressed in the best possible manner.

Dislikes

The salary was very low and there was no mention at any time of any appraisal or promotion.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
