If you're considering joining as a freshers, They often play games with the future of freshers, hiring them for a month or two without providing proper training or support. Subsequently, they terminate without clear reasons. Even if you join as an experienced professional, they may initially hire you for your skills but eventually terminate your employment. The company seems more focused on personal interests rather than the growth of the company, evident in their limited number of longstanding employees (only 4-5 persons). Daily interviews, constant joining, and terminating make for an unstable future. The management is subpar, with control resting in the hands of two lower-level managers, despite a decent owner.
