If you have a good manager there is no way you will not grow.. the company over all is good only matters is the manager you report in to.. I have had a very good experience working with some of very outstanding talented managers, who guided me and were more of a leader than a boss..

Dislikes

The acceptance of the company in the market was difficult sometimes.

I recently joined a new company, I am not provided with an official laptop to work, have to carry my personal one. Also there is no PF (provident fund) deduction facility available although the company has 50 employees. Should I be worried?
