The management is good, helpful and understanding unlike other organisations that have been newly set up.

Dislikes

Management is good but some hardworking people deserves the requisite remuneration for work. Pay and work load inequality is noticed. It works opposite ways for some people.

Since its a new hospital the benefits of working here are a bit low compared to other hospitals of the same category.
