Only positive is you do not have work pressure.

Dislikes

People are Traditional and they stick to what they have been doing. They are not open to Learning and development. Also the various departments are run by people who act as dictators. There are no Training programs for employees. New suggestions are not entertained.

Boring work with all borning people around. Feels like working in a government office with double work.
