Likes

Management is open to ideas and gives freedom to implement new things. Performance is rewarded. There is no politics within the team and everyone works towards a common goal

Office facilities need improvement. The decision making at the senior-most level should be more employees focused.

Work life is good. The organisation is growing fast and so everyone is required to put in some extra efforts. Work culture is decent and there is no politics. Employees are respected and there is gender diversity.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
