No Promotions. Even after 20 Yrs of job, your title will be the same. In 2-4 Years you should quit it. Disrespectful for old and long associated employees.

Top Management is willing to change the working culture and believe on the employees.

Some of the employees are very rigid to change the system and they don't support of the new employees who wants to change the system as per Lean manufacturing. HR also willing to do work on paper only and will not miss the chance of miss behaviour if decided to quite the company.
