Job security is terrible. For a single reason you may get fired and sometimes due to politics. For Production department , 12 hours job will fully exhaust you. No benefit for employees like El/CL/Bonus/ gratuity/ pf account. Nothing u will get.

Terrible. 12 hours job Also u have to work in night shift. Can not get time for family or for ur own improvement also .
