This company being a startup helped me to understand the core of any project. I had a chance to understand all the details of the project because I had to be involved in everything

The only thing I didn't liked that the company was not investing much on training and educating employees, but since there is always a shortage of money and investment so I understand first they want to build a market. But for me personally investment on employees is the real investment which company missed

Work was hectic, too much work and too less people to do work.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
