Working with an USA based MNC and calculating its culture is quite good ,the company is an vendor of big OEMS in automobile which lets you to accomplish your knowledge with leaning wisdom.The working environment the staff is very supportive,even at your learning stage your decision and suggestions matters which encourages you and gives confidence.

There are never dislikes about the company as company runs on their norms ,but as an individual increments are not on the basis of performance. .

Working as a production Engineer,handling the menpower individually in my shift responsible for line rejections downtime and losses, responsible for achieving the daily shift target as per planning.
