Well this article is a bit long. I request all to spare some time and read it fully. As an ex employee of TK Elevator i will never recommend anyone to join this company who are willing to join here. There's no proper training given here. Here the work environment is very toxic and there's no respect and recognition for your hardwork. Moreover there's lot of politics here and the Branch Manager of this company is one more waste fellow who doesn't know how to manage the company. He always keeps on shouting on everyone like a fool and cant judge whos right and whos worng. He is the person who doesn't have own power to to think, act as per what others say and prefer people from his side and give importance to those who doesn't work. During my tenure many employees resigned from TKE company because of the tremendous pressure and huge torture given by management. Me being an ex employee is telling that if you join this company you are definitely going to ruin your career rather than career growth.
