The hospital closed due to covid19. Only doctors who can manage Covid19 patients are retained and others are terminated. The salary is delayed for more than 4months. I finished the contract 3months back but till now salary and end of service benefits to be settled. Visa is not canceled so I cannot join in a new hospital. The workingenvironment is not conducive as communication is poor. Growth opportunities are poor as there is no marketing and the administration is weak due to lack of manpower. I worked for 4 years. first two years of good growth but the HR was arrogant and non-responsive. I joined as a specialist oral and maxillofacial surgeon but started doing GP practice also. I was overburdened with multiple responsibilities but managed well
