This is the worst company to work in jaipur. the owner commit fraud not only with client but also with employee. He is highly unprofessional and notorious for wthholding salaries. particularly the notice period pay. this doesn't just happen with 2-3 employees, Most employee face this situation eventually. Intitally, he promise great things like salary hikes, but after some time, he starts avoiding you. The most frustrating part is that he doesn't keep his word. he will outright deny what he initially promised. Many former employee, including myself, have left reviews on google about this, but he reported them as fake and had them removed. however, if you look at the low rated reviews that remain, You will see similar experience to what I'm sharing here. During my time with the company, I witnessed the entire team leave. both before and after me. Many of those employee never received their notice period salary. I've also seen 4-5 employee serve legal notice to the company. but he simply ignored them....Read More

I didn't really like anything. I was paid a bare minimum and didn't receive an appraisal in 9 months straight despite being promised one within 3 months of joining. The office is I'll managed, the building actually leaks water out. The owner of the office is nowehre to be seen. Anything has to be told to the manager first and then he tells it to the owner. It's been almost a month and I haven't received any experience letter from the firm despite emailing them constantly. The responsible people don't take the calls even. Don't go and work there.
